(FL) and Goliath Ventures, Inc. (WY), including the power to place each into bankruptcy. On March 16, 2026, the Receiver placed both Goliath Ventures, Inc. entities into Chapter 11 bankruptcy in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Christopher Delgado has been charged by criminal complaint with wire fraud and money laundering. The complaint alleges that Delgado was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Goliath Ventures, formerly known as Gen-Z Venture Firm, and from January 2023 through January 2026, Delgado operated a "Ponzi scheme," which is a form of investment fraud that involves the payment of purported returns to existing investors from funds contributed by new investors.
